After having a terrible time trying to get my refund of GBP50 back from Vodafone I finally got something out of it.
I sent a complaint email through to Vodafone during the week and today received a letter back apologising for the service I had received and seeing as I am a "valued" customer they credited my account for GBP22.
That's definitely more like it ;-) Then they carried on to say that seeing as my account is GBP55 in credit they will be issuing me with a cheque for that amount.
Odd thing is that I have already received my deposit by BACS so have no idea where the GBP33 (50-22) is coming from.
No complaints from this end!!!
