Nice that the ACCC is getting involved here but we should remember that it isn't just Retail Service Providers at fault. I'd like to see the ACCC take action against NBN over their congested Fixed Wireless towers.
My 50/20 NBN Fixed Wireless plan can barely muster 900KB/sec down on weekends. I'm generally with Telstra but have been trying out Aussie Broadband on a separate port and it's the same. In this instance no matter who you're signed up with you're probably going to experience poor speeds. So while NBN have reduced CVC charges it certainly isn't going to help in cases like this.
