Sticky Chinese chicken with ginger and chilli



  1. Into a bowl combine
    • 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Ginger
    • 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Chilli
    • 2 tablespoons Gourmet Garden Garlic
    • 2 tablespoons lime juice
    • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
    • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
    • 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  2. Add diced chicken breast to this mixture and marinate for 30 minutes
  3. Remove the chicken from the marinade and brown chicken pieces on all sides
  4. Pour in the rest of the marinade and cook for a further 3 to 4 minutes
  5. Serve with rice or noodles
