If you're connected via NBN Fixed Wireless with Telstra and have congestion issues make sure you call 1800 834 273 selecting option 2.
Once you get hold of someone ask them to check the "Congestion Board" for your area. This is different from the CVC congestion report and should highlight problematic towers/cells.
