Dead in the water
Arrived at work this morning only to find that we were without power. Seems that the storm from last night was worse than we thought.
Our backup generators kept the phone lines going but no one was able to logon to the computers. It would seem that only one of our switches had power so most network points were not working.
Fun fun :-) Eventually stole a power cable from some monitor that really did not need to be on UPS.
So we have our phone system running and one computer which means that we should be fine for around 6 hours.
