Homefield Park
No less than 5 days after arriving in the country we had looked at a flat and signed the tenancy agreement - at GBP750 per month (or PCM as the British like to say). We had to draw a months rent and a months deposit, just under GBP2000 went out from our South African ABSA accounts. And all of this with no job.
It was semi-furnished so we needed to get a bed of our own. Yay for Ikea hehe.
It felt like we were on holiday just spending spending spending.
