ITIL Course
Well I am on to Bournemouth today as I have an ITIL (IT Information Library) Service Management Essentials course on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. So expect no updates during this time as we will no doubt be busy. Hmmm am only coming back on Thursday afternoon as we have some other things to take care of as well.
